Nausea

If you are going through morning sickness or chemo, then you want to apply gentle pressure to your inner arm by your wrist. They even sell wristbands that can do this for you. Apply gentle pressure for 1-2 minutes to start, and increase time as necessary for best results.

Just below the kneecap and to the outside of the prominent bone, press gently to help reduce your stomach pain. The shoulders are where everyone carries the weight of the world. When you go to see a masseuse, you can specially ask them to focus on the tension and pressure points located in this area. The shoulders have a few points closer to the neck and then some closer to the spine. When you have a massage in these two areas, it reduces the tension and stress, but it can also make the person feel lighter and more energized.

The Feet

One of the less known places where pressure points are located are the feet. This is why foot massages feel so good.
